Kids’ taste bud is different from elders. They always search for something attractive with loads of tastiness. While they find the fast food very delicious, but it becomes headache for parents for not able to find a way to provide proper nutrition to their children. It is better going for home made fast foods in order to keep your kid away from unhealthy foods.
Try this healthy homemade pizza which will take not time to finish once served.
Marinara sauce (3/4)
Pizza base (1 medium size)
Mozzarella cheese (1 cup)
Ricotta cheese (1/2 cup)
Sliced tomatoes (1 cup)
Sliced and boiled eggplants (3/4 cup)
Fresh basil leaves
Take pizza pan and spray some oil.
Take the pizza base and spread a layer of sauce on it.
Add one layer of meshed mozzarella cheese on it.
Next spread the tomato and eggplant slices. Top it with ricotta cheese.
Microwave it for 5 minutes at high temperature.
Remove and garnish it with basil leaves.
Serve it when hot.
